Here are some tips to consider when searching the foreclosure market: Foreclosures (otherwise known as REO properties--Real Estate Owned by a bank) can be acquired directly from the bank, but they are sometimes difficult to track down. There are a variety of resources on the internet to gain access to these properties, however many websites charge a “membership fee” or monthly subscription price.
